Click on Chat, download when it asks, and then type in a login name and connect! It takes a while, but be patient.
 Hopefully it has nothing to do with Macs, but it might. Are you running the latest version of IE?

Well, for me on broadband, about 5-6 mins sometimes. Try goin' in there now

It takes me about 2 seconds to connect on DSL. Then again I'm here in Dallas.
