I tried both of those tweaks, I downloaded that Morrowind.exe file, put it in the Morrowind/ directory, and I also made another .ini file with all that text from the forum. And now my game is running worse, I'm running a 1.4 Thunderbird and a 32 Geforce 2mx with 256ddr. just looking for some input...

Slackerboy is right, what is your current FPS? Also try closing any unnecessary applications in your system tray.

Your video card is the bare minimum to run this game. A geforce ti4400 or better will help you out a lot. This game raises the graphics bar in the current lot of pc games.

Sorry, the problem wasn't with the game, particularly, but with your video card. Even with all the tweaking to your spoon, you'll still not hold back the flood or empty the river... Time for a change in hardware.
