Well, apparently at one point i killed his servent (i dont even remember doing this i have 20 reputation!) And now he attacks me when i see him, instantly. I met him in the hills and turned down his offer to do this quest (at that time), i come to see him in his home and no servent there: he goes crazy on me.
What really bugs me is, even if i create his servent: hervo, he still attacks me! Is there no way to get Vaylgar back to being a party member?

What about killing him and resurrect him? Just a idea that hit me.

Well, he's not "in" my group. He's just an npc that turns violent when i face him saying i've caused harm to his servent. when I kill him I dont even get exp, its not meant to be this way and i can't find a way to fix it.
