and am a newbie to BG2 too, i wish we'll have some good time here
actaully i've a question when i just started the game... when i put on an armor, why do the number next to me (i guess it's the defense rate) DECREASE? i suppose when i put on plate, the def should be higher... would someone please tell me why? |

First of all I would suggest that you read the game manual, there are explainations of rules. The answer of your question is on page 39. Good luck. |

Welcome to the board. That number next to you is your Armor Class. The lower your AC the better (funny, I know). You want to get it as low as you can.
