there a teleporter in Rapax Castle for Ascension
Peak? Or a route to it through SE wilderness?

Yep, you need to find the teleporter located in the Upper Rapax Castle.

Actually, the Ascension Peak teleporter is in the Rapax Templar area, same place where Sexus hangs out and where Al-Adryian officially makes you a Templar. This, you may recall, is on the balcony of the castle entry level. No need to visit the Upper Castle for the AP teleporter. However, the teleporter to the Arnika Tower is in the Upper Castle.
