Where can I find the key which open the locked door at the "elevator" metal bridge (upper floor) in the lower monastery? Looks like u need a special object and not a regular key. Where do I find it?

Have only played this game a few days by now.

You won't find it in the Monastery. You'll have to come back here with it after you visit Arnika. As for what it is and where it is found...just remember what sort of building you are in and ask yourself "who in Arnika would associate with the people who lived in this building?"

As the game goes on.. the quests and plot takes longer and longer. The key your looking for isn't in the Monstary. You will find it sooner then latter. This is my tip, if you can't figuer it out after 1/2 hour move on. After 1/2 hour of wondering around trying to figuer some thing out I will get bored/pissed off because i can't get it.

The key for the wheel door is in Arnika, not the monastery. So just go on, do the whole place, and come back later.

In one of the prison cells in the Monastery, there was a dude captured by the monks trying to steal stuff from there.

There is a note left in the room by him saying that he found the vault, but was unable to locate the key.

Thats a hint (sortof) that the key is not located in the Monastery.

this initial discovery will serve you well thru the rest of the story.

if the game doesn't provide you with something in the vicinity of whatever it is you are attempting to do, then you can pretty much guess that means you must look afar for your answer.

not everything is designed for immediate gratification. very cool in my book.
