I'm hooking my PC up to the internet right away, and I was wondering if this needs more RAM and stuff than you normally would for regular NWN, or if it's about the same. Thanks.

Do you have the required or the recommended power in your machine? If you succeed the required and at least meet the recommended stats, then you will be a very happy player.

Nope, as long as you meet the recommended specs you're good to go.

Only one way to find out for sure...come on down to EfU!

Well, I just barely meet the recommended specs, and I have to have most of the graphic options on the lowest setting, and it runs pretty smoothly. Do you think it will be choppy, or will I be fine?

Well I am below the rec Ram and I can run it fine.

My processor and video card are above rec but I used to have a Gforce 2 that ran it fine.

Oh, ok, I should be fine then... I hope. I'm going to set it up downloading everything overnight here, and I'll try it out tomorrow.

Depends on what your doing, a dungeon bash with a couple of friends will be less demanding than a city with no fog and 20 people nearby. For EFU you probably won't want to step outside the yawning portal often since waterdeep is a very large area with little fog so it takes a while to load and can get laggy at times.

Generally however it should better unless your hosting since the server will do some of the work that your machine would be doing if it was single player.

Ah, great then!

Second question... what the heck do I do with all these things I've downloaded?
