Shandalars House

I can't find Shandalars house this time through the game. Can anyone tell me where it is,I mean what map in Baldurs Gate.

Shandalar doesn't live in Baldur's Gate, he lives in Ulgoth's Beard. You may mean Ragefast's home, which is just north of the Hall of Wonders, but it's more likely you mean Oberon's Estate, where Shandalar's daughters are staying. Oberon's Estate is on 2 maps: BG central (The Wide) and BG North (Duchal Palace), but you can only open the door from the BG North map.

Strange. I did the airship parts quest by going into the house at BG Central.

As SoS said Shandalar does indeed live in Ulgoth's Beard

- but the airship parts can be found in a house in the nothern part of the central map of BG, where he negociates with a grand duke(?) for the making of an airship.

The parts are in a desk on the top floor - guarded by his three daughters.

Yea that is what I meant where his daughters are. I am doing the mission to get the airship parts.

I remember that it's a real pain to get into. If I remember right it's in the NW corner of the map that has the fortune tellers tent, on the west side of the Dukes palace. I think you have to go to the area north of that area and then re-enter from the row of houses west of the palace.

May just be me but I cant recall any trouble in getting the airship parts at any time.

Yea same for me the first time I did it but I just couldn't find the house this time. Partly because I was looking in the wrong places.
