I have SoA installed along with the fixpack for it. Can I install ToB over these with no problems or will I need to uninstall the fixpack first?

As far as I know there should be no problems. but When in doubt just go ahead and re-install it.

Uninstall the fixpack first. there is a special utility for this purpose!
http://members.rogers.com/mrkevvy/ Then install TOB and then the fixpack for TOB
