Are you talking in terms of how useful they are to your party or the ones you simply like the best? I'll assume the latter, and for that I would have to say:

1)Viconia (very touching end to the romance)

2)Sarevok (just a generally cool dude, who can also be turned from the dark side)

3)Imoen (I enjoyed the way that her character developed across the games)

2.)Keldorn (touching ending to a very effective character)
3.)Edwin (evil but extra spells are damn useful)

1) Minsc and Boo ( Ive had them in my party since BG1, he makes me laugh )
2) Sarevok ( A very interesting character, a badass fighter, my brother )
3) Inmoen ( All the way since BG1, my sister, good character
development )

1) Aerie just gotta love that mage/cleric mix... and the elven part too

2) Sarevok (or as i call him every since bg1 for some reason, Koveras)
3) Edwin 'Bloody good mage, though he likes his luxuries'- Mae'Var

Korgan - dual wielding, he rocks.
Jaheira - a tank, a sweet romance, a priest, she's got it all.
