i have just done a fresh install of bg2 and Tob. and am now copying my saved game files over. is there any reason to install the experiance cap remover for bg2?,

Not really. The exp. cap for SOA and TOB (with TOB installed) is 8 million. If you have TOB installed, the old cap for SOA (at 2 million) is gone, and you dont need to worry about it. Even if you are playing SOA, the new cap is still 8 million (with TOB installed).

Nope. No reason to install it anymore...unless you want to play to higher than level 40...
