IIRC Your takeing to long to kill him.

ok well i guess i should stock up on some plain weapons use greater malision and hold on him. Does that sound like it might work?

He's upstairs in Valygar's house. It's not marked on the map, but it's an unmarked house in the center of the Docks, IIRC to the left of the Temple of Oghma.

As Desuma Malevois mentioned, the Fighter/Illusionist is hiding (?) in Valygar's home in the Bridge District. IIRC, though, the house IS labeled on the map - something like "Corthala House".

If Kuroisan notices you're taking too long to kill him (and thus possibly waiting for his protections to run out) he'll chicken, and will come back in the near future. If you think he's running away too quickly, you might have a bug. Try reinstalling.

C) How improved is Small Teeth Pass? (what kind of loot enemies etc.

Oh... without spoiling, I can promise you this: You'll find no Small Teeth in there anymore. Think... jaws. Be ready for a tough fight.
