Is this game really bugged, or is it just me?

Ok, the few bugs that happened to me recently:

Keldorn wont re-join my party. i told him to be with his family for a week. I told him this on the 22 game day. I hit 40 a little while ago, he wont re-join. hes too busy doing nothing, so i cant talk to him.

Jaheira: she isnt being fetched by that person(Jaheira from the future was it?) so i could enter the harper hold for the last time and get that nifty ring of wizardry from the mage.

A person named Teryl keeps following me around. the second neeber? he appeared in the docks district and has been appearing everywhere i go. all the districts and stuff, even Trademeet! if i kill him, im afraid ill miss something important. Besides, i lose reputation and everyone turns hostile.

Would someone be so kind and tell me if these things are supposed to happen. thnx in advance.

can only help you with that keldorn prob.

a remeber that was something with low reputation (he is a nobel servant of the most radiant heart so)

or it is something up with the choice you made with the dealing of justice towards his wife and that nobel sir she was shagging

owja teryl, try talking to him a few times (12 times or so) finally he will say something like ''nobody listens to me... only you,,, you do not trow rocks at me ect ect'' or was that some one else

?

and if that doesnt help just give him a sweet home in a small planar sphere beneath the deeps of earth or something (pointing towars IMRPISONMENT)

Dont think its the reputation, I got an honorable 15. As for the choice, i persuaded Keldorn to go and talk to the guy before doing anything rashional. So they settled their arguaments like gentlemen, Keldorn got his woman and I told him he could take a week off to be with his family. As you can see, I waited for more than a week now, when i try to talk to him, he appears to be busy. He just stands around though, even his wife and children arent there anymore(not sure if they ever were, but what the hell. just thought id post that too). As for Teryl, i remember him having something to do with Anomen(hes in my party too) and his knighthood, but hes already got his title of "Sir Anomen" so i dont know why Teryl follows me around(blasted fans). Perhaps i should give that imprisonment a second thought...nah, hes really not bothering me, so ill leave him be. And yes, that was the infamous Neeber him self who complains about people throwing rocks at him. thnx for the help anyway. i still think that some of the NPC's are seriously bugged.

Anywayz, you are indeed listing some bugs .. baldurdash fixpack should fix these,... hence the term I guess [img]smile.gif[/img]

Is Terminsel really Elminster? I recall him being in BG1. Anyway, this one is definately Teryl. I seem to remember from some older posts that the baldurdash fixpack must be installed before any mods. is this true?

its recommended to first install the latest baldurs gate/ToB patches, and a baldurash fix-pack and then install mods like TDD and Ascension ect.

ok. ill do that. ill propably re-install the game and make a backup save file of my game first, then install the patches/mods.

I believe if you let him go, he stays there forever or something along those lines.

Keldorn is a dedicated man. So dedicated that he goes months without seeing his family. This will lead to conflict, and may cause Keldorn to leave your party forever.

My guess is that this is what happened to you.

Teryl is following you around is he? lol, never happened to me. Maybe hes just an adventurer wannabe.

Oh and yes Terminsel is Elminster. I never met him though. Hes supposed to(minor spoiler

come and reward you resqued Jaheira from the harpers. It can take up to 90 days, and my games usually end after 60. And by then I have finished all the quest in the whole game. You could rest a hundred times or so to get the time going, but how boring is that?
