Need to make a choice

Well since the start of the game I've been playing with my character(thief) and Minsc.Now I'm thinking that it would be good to add a magician to my group,so I have some choices:I can take Viconia,Nalia,Edwin or Aerie ,which one in your opinion would be better to add?

Just 2 members, how about taking in both Aerie and Nalia? You get both cleric/mage and a thief/mage. Aerie can give you the cleric support and Nalia can advance to the highest mage level (if you did not remove the exp cap).

Well I am Neutral good and Minsc,I don't remember what is he.But Edwin doesn't seem to really bother me.(possible small spoil):

Since I excepted Bloodscalps offer to work for him after I killed Mae'Var,I myself am probably evil too hehe(working for thieves),so Edwin is fine.

Heh (HEY!! My paladin too worked for Renal....but he was smiting a greater evil

)...in that case, then go with Edwin, he does have extra spells compared with other mages in the game.

Is Edwin able to reach to level 9 memorisation?

You can memorize, but like Memnoch said on the other thread, he (and all other mages) needs the exp cap remover to be able to cast level 9 spells, unless you use Shadowkeeper to modify the memorize slots.

Removing the Xcap is like cheating,which is cheap(my opinion

)Well can he atleast reach level 8?(without removing the Xcap ofcourse)

Yes, Edwin, Nalia, and Imoen can all cast level 8 spells, legitly speaking.

P.S. of course, this is provided they reach the appropriate levels.
