For the so called rarity of Elven Chain, they are in fact, quite common in SoA.
You can cast spells in any Elven chain. You must be a multi classed mage though. What really bugs me is that anybody can wear Elven Chainmail. You must be of body size slight, slender, and small. Some Halflings and Half Elves and those sorts of small folk can wear it, but, very few humans can. |
