Well balanced and do n e thing you want, Disarm traps pick locks, spells and fight impressively, to bad he couldnt backstab but thats ok.

I wouldnt use it on the basis of it being +3 which means it won't hit stronger characters and just it having the chance no matter what the chance to cast cause .... wounds, there are much better...
