2nd Werewolf game signup and OOC thread

The theme of the game after some deliberation on my part shall be set in the time of the spanish inquisition. Players shall be inhabitants of a small abbey in the spanish Pyrenees (monks or cooks, servants, etc...) Time of game is around the 14th-15th century.

If unfamiliar with the rules of werewolf games then read the good general description in Morgeruat's thread. In this game the roles shall be as follows.

Villager: normal person.

Wolf: person possessed by the devil, who during each night phase kills a victim.

Seer: Someone who knows the abbey very well and can observe the movements of one person each night.

If enough people sign up there may eventually be a wolfbaner, who can protect one person each night phase. If the protected person is the wolf's/wolves' target then no kill happens, if the protected person is a wolf and he/she is the only remaining wolf then no kill happens either.

Due to the Inquisition being present at the abbey each day while the killings last one person shall be put to the test, which usually results in the person dying. The choice of the person is decided via vote between all the inhabitants of the abbey (lynching).

Game thread shall be started during the weekend, signups shall be accepted until next Wednesday.

Francisco the Barber
An underweight man of twenty with long black hair, Francisco came by his barber shop through an amazingly short apprenticeship. He knows almost noone, and people don't know him either. He would like a friendly chat to be included in the service of the barber shop, so he hopes to get to know people better. The shop itself is called The Dull Blade.

Bernhard Von Braun

The third son of a minor prussian noble, Von Braun was sent to a monastary to study and join the priesthood, Far away to a distant monastary, where he would no longer be able to scheme against his brothers in hopes of escaping the life of a clergyman and running his father's house. Bernhard is quite happy now that he is seperated from his family, although you wouldn't know it to talk to the perpetually peevish monk. Although of good heart he loves to hear himself complain talk and isn't above making up a story now and then to get an extra ear listening.

I shall be Jose, the owner of the Tavern who most people come to at nite. During the day, the tavern is empty, but at nite it is bussling with people wanting to drown their worries in some drink. The previous owner had put the tavern into his will for the townsfolk, but Jose had plans for the tavern. He got ahold of it, with his means of doing so mysterious, and changed the name to "The Nights Gift" Very apt.

Santiago de Valencia

A shrine keeper in his late 20's, who was elected to the position by his betters. He is very kind, but not keen to conversation. He is considered by all to be their friend, even if he doesn't share the same sentiment. Friendly and sympathetic most of the time, but can be very unsympathetic.

Or Abe to his friends, is one of the better respected gardeners tending the abby's flora during the cooler hours of the day. He lovingly cultivates its cloisters and ochards to create the perfect sense of tranquility for all who come there to contemplate, and is quite passionate about his work. Since one man can only tend so much ground, he leaves the herbal and vegetable gardens for others. He does often take a moment to gather the honey and wax from the many beehives.
He is known to others as an agreeable man who makes for pleasant but simple conversation. He tends not to bore with chatter on this flower or that plant, but likewise is no match at all for any monk when it comes to theology. Abe therefore steers as clear of both subjects as he can; though it always begins with a comment on his work and ends with praise to a higher power regardless.
Milagro is so much a part of the ochards and cloisters now that not many do stop to exchange words, except in a surge of kindness. Most do not even seem to acknowledge he is there, working, listening.

Kyrvias, I don't think there would be a tavern inside an abbey. They would possibly make wine if there were grape plantations close, but a tavern IMO really does not fit into the abbey "mentality", so if you could change your character that would be great.

I shall be starting the game thread shortly, sign ups shall still be accepted until Wednesday night (CET), when the roles shall be sent out.

Raised in the abbey since he was a child Bakilas is a male of average looks who's duties include cleaning the kitchen and cooking basic meals.
