Hello everyone this fine eve. We're getting rain in the Great Lakes, which very strange at this time of year. No snow yet, but the forecast calls for a, er... dusting in time for Christmas. Yay!

And yes, I am still mad at the Southerners for their warm weather.

Hey, it may get all the way down to 53 tonight, with the skies as clear as a bell and a big, full, (or, maybe a day past) moon in the sky. Will's Christmas pageant is over, yay.

Hello all.Fun day at school. We got to take our nine weeks test in Science class! What fun! Well as normal I will probably ace the test as usual. So what has everyone been up to?

We're lucky to get above 53 in the fall and spring, during the day, let alone in the middle of winter at night! But we did manage to break the 40 degree mark today. I guess I should be thankful for that.

I've got a scissor-story too:

One of our friends have two boys. One is 6 year old the other 11. The older one was vacuum-cleaning a few days ago. The younger wanted to annoy his older brother. He didn't unplug the vacuum-cleaner - noooooo - he cut the power cable!!! With his scissors. Fortunately it's been out of plastic, because he isn't allowed to have real ones.
Good luck that there only had to be changed a few fuses.
You know what the boy said immediately afterwards "uhm, I think it's better, when I go to bed now and Santa doesn't need to bring me Chrismas-presents either..."

Morning!

I was right--the judge laughed himself nearly off his chair at the charges. But because he has to follow 'due process', we have to have a lawyer to formally talk to the PA to drop all the red tape.

Sun is shining for the second day in a row!!! Woohoo!

Morning,

WILLOW

. You are welcome. I usuallly don't post on newbie threads, so that was just for you. Yeah, the holidays take up a lot of time for the kids, leaving us adults to actually converse. Fair and frosty this morning, temperature 43 degrees, but sky clear and sun bright. I guesss that we had what we call a "Norther" last night, causing the sudden drop in temperature. As an old friend of mine would say, "There's nothin' but a basrbed wire fence between here and Canada." (Pause) "And that's down." (i.e., broken and rusty, laying on the ground.)
