I read the other sphynx post-sry to do another, but I am not sure if it is alright to kill the sphynx or answer it's easy questions. I have killed it rather easily and saved. And I have answered questions and saved. Now does killing it impede the game , 'cause when i go in the temple using the staff I cannot go any further(except making circles around the wall HELP!

Killing the sphinx has no impact on the game. Everything else works just fine.
Now, as for the problem of running in circles... remember the crypt? There was a lever, well-hidden in plain sight? Well, there's another one in the Temple. It's hidden on one of the short end walls, on the inside. Put your left hand on the inside wall, and then walk around it. On one of the ends, you'll see the lever.

Thereīs actually a texture bug in Anephas shrine. Iīve encountered it several time. The find the lever turn right at the entrance. Itīs at the corner when you turn left (on the middle wall). The problem is that the lever isnīt visible sometimes in my games. Now what I have to do is to place my cursor right above the lever and click although I canīt see anything.

I've never experienced the texture bug you describe, but as I thought about it, perhaps a brief picture will help clear things up.
