Is it true that 5 hours a day on the computor can lead to depression and lack of sleep?

I can usually manage 2 hours on the computor max.
Then I feel bored and unhappy.

*gasp* So what does it mean when I'm up to twelve to fourteen hours a day, between work and play?

nathan spends lots of hours on a computer. between work and home, he seems ok to me. i used to spend long hours on line and i was depressed but not because of the computer....anyway....guess that didn't help

of course if that is what you heard it could just be a nasty rumor mom's put out, or paid an official to put out to deter kids from being online so long
