My character got "Drained" in the swamp. I cannot seem to cure this condition. Any suggestions?

Letting him die, and using a resurrect powder cures the effects, for no negaive character impact - only issue is you use a powder .

You can also Restoration (I think that's what they are called) potions.. They are the only potion that will heal draining.

Restoration dosen't do it. Could you have been thinking about another one?

In this case, "Drained" is a physical condition. He isn't just tired.

I'm not even sure what detrimental effect being drained has... but whatever it is, I don't want it!

Thanks for the quick answers.

Arghhh, I'm at work right now, so I can't check. But, I know I've come across 2 or 3 potions that deal with the drained condition. The description says they are the only way to deal with the condition, and seem very important.

The drained status ailment can only be cured by drinking a Rejuvenation potion (Rare and expensive 5000+gp) or casting the seventh level spell Restoration. The potion of restoration will not work. What effect drained has on the afflicted character is to permanently reduce his or her maximum stamina or hit points until the condition is cured. I hope that helps

It won't work on NT, huh? I think it works on Win2K and XP, though, right?

"reference reasons"...uh, yah! I'm buyin' it!
