i've always found the 3 heads, but found them worthless because i never had a flail-user. Now that i dualed my priest of helm to a figher, with GM in flail, i picked up the flailheads from my storage place inside the temple. Cromwell cannot construct the flail:
two questions 1) how do you construct the flail? 2) after dualing to a fighter, will the ability to become lord of the keep appear even though you did not have it before? |

1. Put all the three heads in the Forge right next to the room where you found one of the heads in a statue.
2. If you already have the Priest-stronghold, I'm not sure, but if you don't have it, then yes, you can get de'Arnisse Keep. |

I dont think you can become the lord of the keep after you have finished the D'Arnise keep,,, because its a quest trigger I think... not sure of this but .. it should seem un-logic because of that roenall afair nalia has ... :S
***NOT SURE***

as i recall
actually if (without the patches of multistronghold mod) your a priest, you get a different stronghold not the d'arnese stronghold because thats for a figher .

So my guess is, if you haven't done Nalia's Keep already with your Priest of Helm, and you don't have the Priest-stronghold, you can get the Keep. |

actually you don't even need the multi-stronghold mod. If you have shadow keeper (a must have for any sort of editing) you can go to the global variables and change 'playerhasstronghold' from 1 to 0 (if you already have your priest stronghold, otherwise you can already have the keep). I did this twice with my solo fighter/mage/thief and I now have 3 strongholds ! woot.
the trick is... SPOILER . . . . . . . you have to be a fighter (single, multi or dual) at the time you kill the last bad guy in the de'arnise keep. basically if nalia has told you about her problem with her aranged marriage, it's too late, otherwise you're fine to become Lord of the Manor. (and you assamble the flail by using the forge at the far west end of the keep's ground floor (behind a few secret doors), it's one of those objects that gives you the circular arrows icon when you mouse over it)
