Im not sure... try going to the forest where you go out from the Underdark and going in the opposite direction... but really i dont think you can, i think i tried it and couldnt, sorry

Actually, if you enter the Drow City, you'll just have to kill everything in it to get out...Simple...Heh..

It would be handy doing the mind flayer quest Dog of War as you get sizeable experience and spoiler
/ / / / / / part of the equalizer sword can be found in the illithid dungeon too.Definitely worth a look in.Damn I liked the underdark, really liked being a drow and a right bastard drow at that!!!
