Humans can survive very well as both Vegans and Vegetarians. An online friend of mine that I sadly seem to have lost contact with somewhat is 40 and used to be a Vegan. Now a Vegetarian. Looks 30 though she's 40 and she's extremely healthy. So it can't have hurt her.

I have sort of lived by this principle, I listen to my cravings...fortunatly for me..I don't seem to crave anything completely rotten for me
This is quite peculiar. I naturally crave a good deal of things containing sugar and caffeine which contribute energy to me. Yet lately where I've avoided such things for the sake of my health I've found myself lacking in energy, perhaps I should start devouring more energy-rich things..... Interesting, interesting....

Interesting site, although I have some disagreements with the US F&W as to what they say are differing spieces ie: Mouse, Alabama beach ( Peromyscus polionotus ammobates), Mouse, Perdido Key beach ( Peromyscus polionotus trissyllepsis) Mouse, Choctawhatchee beach ( Peromyscus polionotus allophrys), Mouse, southeastern beach ( Peromyscus polionotus niveiventris) Mouse, St. Andrew beach ( Peromyscus polionotus peninsularis) All 5 of these mice "Spieces" are the same mouse spieces just found in differing locations allong the Gulfcoast, and given differing names by the US F&W for a reason know only to them. The Alabama beach, Perdido Key beach, are seperated populations of the same mouse. Seperated by man made passes through the barrier Islands to the Gulf of Mexico. The other three "spieces" of mice live farther down the Florida Gulfcoast, All five of these seperate "spieces" can interbreed with each other without making a Hybred spieces.
The Darter, Okaloosa ( Etheostoma okaloosae), the only things that sperates this fish from the Santa Rosa Darter, and the Walton Darter (niether of which are listed as endangered) are the man made survey lines of Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton Counties that exist only on maps, and an out of court settlement the middle 1970's. I grew up in Crestview ,Florida the county seat of Okaloosa county, Fl. I remember in '74 or '75 the Florida DOT was building a road the 123 cut-off. When the Okaloosa Darter was "discovered" There was a big brew-ha-ha about the O.D. So the "bean counters" for the Florida DOT figured it was cheaper to settle out of court then fight. They could still build the road, with some minor enviromental precautions, for this new "spieces" of fish, cheaper and still complete the project on time if they settled, or much later and at a higher cost (due to litagation) if they fought the assertion that this was a new and uniquie spieces of fish, so they settled, and we now have a new "spieces" of fish.
