I got these files in my computer, these files are File0000.chk (16.0kb) , File0001.chk ( 16.0kb ) , File0002.chk ( 106MB ) , File0003.chk ( 32.0kb ).

my questions are what are these files for? Can I delete these files without any effect towards my computer?

thanks.

If you ever run scandisk and have your PC automatically fix errors, it will (if you have the option checked to do so) convert lost file fragments to files. they are normally (if I remember correctly) 001.chk, 002.chk, etc. You can delete them without any harmful effect on your system.
You might want to get a virus scanner if you don't have one as "File000.chk" could be a worm virus. You can delete them too, just run a virus scanner soon to make sure your system has not been affected negatively.
