I've been trying to make a mod with NWN. Does anybody know how to program conversations for NPCs so that they react differently depending on what class, race, or sex the PC is?

There is a little script wizard on the dialog scripting page that you are on down at the lower right of your screen, (with a little red wizard hat)and that is where you can set conditions, like x=this action if Character A is a female...etc. It has been a few weeks since I have been in that area, so I cannot give more detail. Does that help at all?

As Larry said, you can use the script wizard to set local variables to create IF/THEN type conditioners, and attach these scripts to the conversation nodes that you want to be used if a certain variable is met. It's quite easy - you just set up the conversation nodes, and in the "Text Appears When" tab you set these local variables up using the Script Wizard. You don't even need to know anything about scripting.
