I was shopping at Best Buy and decided to browse through the computer games. I noticed Wizards & Warriors and thought "Gee, this reminds me of the Wizardry games." I then realized that D.W. Bradley created the game and knew that was why the game reminded me of Wizardry! I knew I had to have it......and so my roommate bought it for me for Christmas.

After getting used to the "new" computer, I went out to get a variety of good (hopefully) games to try. W&W turned out to be the gem, though I knew nothing about it or it's author. Other games that are well reviewed and popular didn't compare in my experience thus far. I remember being reticent because it had the "mature" label on it, and as my friends would attest, "mature" wouldn't come to mind in describing me. MAX, You should be able to order this game online, in fact, from this very web site, if I remember correctly.

Caught my attention in an advertisement in a computer gaming magazine when I saw it was by DW Bradley (loved Wiz 6 & 7). Shuffled down to EB - they didn't have it yet. When they did have it, I thought it was too expensive, especially in light of BAD reviews (what a sucker I was!), and bought Planescape:Torment instead. When P:T was over, the price had halved, so I snapped up the solitary copy on sale. Best buy of the year!
