Thanks to everyone for your kind wishes. I only have only two things to say at this point
Firstly, I've got some great role models in Saz, Memmie the rest of the mods (and of course the Z man) to look to for guidance. Also I would like to give a big thank you to "the ancients" who still participate on GD and give out good advice. Listen to them. Secondly, I would count my modding success if I never had to edit or close a thread or recommend suspending or banning anyone. For 99% of the time you all manage to keep within the boundaries of acceptable behaviour. If you ever got to 100% and my fellow mods and I could retire then our work here would be done
