I Enjoy being most classes in the game, but fancied a game with the wizard slayer. though, how exactly do you heal him when he has gained 90% magic resistance?

I didnt like the fact that he couldnt use potions. That makes him practically useless in my estimation.

WRONGO, GUYS!!!

I'm playing a Wizard Slayer and they CAN use all Healing potions (Heal/X-Heal/Antidote/Potion of Health/etc). It's true that these are the ONLY potions he can use, but that does offset one of the biggest disadvantages of the class.

And, as I've said in other posts, that Magic Resistance comes in VERY handy when fighting mages - and you have to fight a LOT of them in BGII.

I'm not sure but i don't think magic resistance hinders the use of healing spells. In my curent game Keldorn has acquired a magic resistance of 60 and i can heal him just like he had a magic resistance of 0. It has never failed on me.

Magic Resistance will not block friendly spells.
