Hand - the grate in the circular room
Lovers Ring - from skeletons on the wall
Kobold's Staff - from Kobold mage & friends (pickpocket maybe?)

There is a simple puzzle but with only four choices it is not too hard. The madman has some clues.

You can buy the Azuredge Throwing Axe+3 at Coppers Coronet
It will kill all undead on hit unless they save at -4 vs death!
Try summoning fire elemnetals they are considered +4 weapons.
I HAD THIS PROBLEM!!!
Here is the plan:
she ambushed me in the docks with 3 other vamps. Cast protection from Negative Energy! Run into the nearest building and away with magic! I couldn't cast my powerful magic outside.
Note priests can cast spells outside!
