Just break in there anyway and butcher everyone because you already have the reward from lenithan that Hendak would have given you to do it they have some good stuff or so i think.

If you catch with area-effect spells (fireball everyone!) does he turn on you - a few of the others seem to (including the damn thieves' guild members).
Funny thing is when Nalia joins in - whoever you attack. |

! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Did you go back to the Coronet and find Hendak? He moved. I found him in the back where the prisoners were locked up. Once I did that I received credit for the Quest. |

I think there's a known bug that causes Hendak to turn against you sometimes. If you've already killed him, try summoning him using the cheat codes (I think it's CLUAConsole: CreateCreature("Hendak")) and talk to him. You will now be able to complete the quest and your journal will be updated.

Hendak turned on me once (and I used melee only against Lethianan or whoever). I charmed him, but could not inititate dialog, it wore off, he was hostile. I rested somewhere else for a few days, and the guy still holds a grudge! Unfortunately for Hendak, I wasn't playing a paladin that time, and my kensai/mage took offense at his manners.
I guess he learned his lesson, because the next time through the game he decided he wanted to be my friend. |

I think that if you attack Lehtinan yourself then Hendak will turn on you, for some reason. You don't need to kill Lehtinan yourself, if you let Hendak out he will duel Lehtinan and almost inevitably win.
