unless he has proof of theft, he cant really call you out on it.

you can go over his head even if he is the general manager - if its a corperate or franchise for ex you can speak to the regional general manager, or the human resources dept.

depending on what state you live in however you can be fired for no reason at all (at will employment), so unless you can prove hes firing you for one of the protected catagories (race, sex, color etc) then you cant beat it.

I suggest you get your schedule re arranged so your not on the clock while he is or whomever you feel is likely to be stealing. If that doesnt work, you can try to get a transfer to a different store if its corperate, and if its private you really ought to just quit since the boss is creating a hostile work enviroment by accusing without proof and is likely to be more of an arse towards you because of personality disfunction.

Something like 50.00 he said. He couldent have seen anything anyway except on maybe a camera but he has no proof. I am just going to quit.
