Where can I get a binary to ASCII converter? I don't want to use the "nwnmdlcomp" one, because, personally, I think its a load of crap and doesn't even work- anyways, I've heard of a c-tools one, so if anyone could help. Thanks!

Go to the neverwinternights vault and make a search there. I think tehre was one.
