I haven't even taken NWN out of the package, so please DON'T spoil me!
There's a load-screen hint in SoA/ToB that says you can import your BG2 characters into NWN. Can you import the BG2 romance as well? If not, is there a mod out there somewhere that is working on this, or will add this?

No, you can't import your BG2 character, as the games rules are too different. All that's compatible anymore is your name.

No, unfortunately (as Luvian said) you can't import your characters into NWN anymore. However, there is a Solaufein romance mod, that you can look for at http://nwvault.ign.com/
