True Moose-
Here in Texas we know how to handle oil and oilers. Lacrosse might be the national sport of Canada but the REAL play is here in the US. Sportswise, Canada may be more like England than you think (ie getting beat in their own sports).

I may try to do a dirty rice as well, but Lela (my wife) definitely does the Green Bean Casserole (also does something different from the Durkee Onion Crisps, ecch!)
