Numbers of Dragons

I recently started a new game of BG2, after the disk had sat in a shelf for a few months, with the intention of actually finishing it this time around. The last time I played, I had focused on the main quest (I was under the impression that there was a timer for it), and missed out on all the great side quests! I have found dragonslaying particularly to my liking. It is SO satisfying to see a motley crew of six adventrurers chop up an ancient behemoth.

My question: After slaying the shadow and red dragon in SoA, how many dragons (not including the silver dragon) are left in SoA and ToB? No need for names and locations, I just want some good fights to look forward to. TIA!

I believe 1 in SoA and at least 3 in ToB.

1 in SoA, though 4 if you have a tactics component installed.

If you mean the Silver Dragon, he already said not including her. If not that, then what one is it?

I didn't specify, but I counted it... If he killed Adalon, I'm assuming he wants to fight every one. Therefore, he will encounter two more in SoA, and two in ToB.

SOA Dragons (without Tactics):

Red Dragon
Silver Dragon
Shadow Dragon
Black Dragon
Dragon in the Nine Hells

SOA Dragons (with Tactics):

See above
Pontifex (requires TOB)
3 Dragons from Improved Small Teeth Pass
Random Dragon appearance in the forest

So vanillla SOA has 5 Dragons while SOA with Tactics adds 4 Dragons.

TOB Dragons:

Red Dragon from WK
Green Dragon from WK
Draconis
Abazigal
Dragon that gives you a certain scroll

I thought there was only one dragon in the Watcher's Keep: Saladrex.
