After or before living through it? If after, yeah! It must have impacted you incredibly.... or are you pulling my leg? :0

Rain is... rain. I'm disenchanted because all we get here is drizzle. I still remember the last few weeks... hot, humid, not a cloud in the sky. Now we have... cold, drizzle, foggy, occasional showers, occasionally sun (<-WOW). Normal German weather. I believe the English have worse weather, but when I was there in the spring, the sun shone the whole time

Well there you go... reliving the experience, or anxiety or something. What say you? Were you afraid at the time of the tornado. I'd imagine it would be pretty freaky. They have caused much destruction in the past.

Actually, I didn't know what it was until it was gone.

I have developed a fascination with them though over the years.

What was it like? Was the spiral visible? Did it "dance"? Was the movement captivating? What is it about us that intrigues us about danger. Playing with fire, watching lightening, looking over a cliff; plus the list of daredevils who push those boundaries. Hmmmm...

I saw a firebreather tonight. The flames caressed his entire body at times. The danger, and his mastery of it was the whole point of the show. These are known to go wrong too.

It was at night, I didn't have a chance to see anything.

I'm not sure that I fully understand the draw to danger. I used to be terrified of storms as a child, then I realized that once it had passed, I was disapointed.

I think that fear reminds us that we are alive. Also, when we live through danger, we come out on the other side stronger, some personalities are drawn to this (as I am) maybe because it is a way to prove our own courage to ourselves.

some emotional shit is needed

One song can spark a moment
One flower can wake the dream
One tree can start a forest
One bird can herald spring
One smile begins a friendship
One handclasp lifts a soul
One star can guide a ship at sea
One word can frame the goal
One vote can change a nation
One sunbeam lights a room
One candle wipes out darkness
One laugh will conquer gloom
One step must start each journey
One word must start a prayer
One hope will raise our spirits
One touch can show you care
One voice can speak with wisdom
One heart can know what is true
One Life can make a difference
