As the topic States, I thought Barbarians coukdnīt wear armor, hence the extra HP, and cool abilities, like rage a nd uncany dodge. But in this game anyone can have any skill including the heavy armor skill, so whatīs the point? I know, you get higher arcane spell failure if you cast spells, but barbarians donīt so... you just get more hit points at the cost of a skill? That would really bite. Please explain.

Im not 100% certain but, the way I understand it. If you play a barbarian he gets certain bonuses and beneficial abilities, however, if he decides to wear armor he will loose some of those abilities. Like for example if my Ranger wants to be a duel weilder Im restricted to lighter armor.

they lose special abilities (like enhanced movement) if they wear heavy armor, light and medium armor are fine

It seems like all you lose is the speed, my barbarian wore heavy armor and didn't lose anything noticable. It's only a 10% speed increase...go find some boots of speed and you're set.
