*ahem* after having a bit more of a thorough go through certain sections of U.S.C. annotated, years pertinent, and consulting slats grobosky, Royko's atty, i have come to the conclusion that the score from the previous, over exuberant, incorrect attempt to take the test was due, in some small part, to my not being completely clear about the difference in arrested and convicted. *oops, my bad* so there
