TOTSC is only 1 cd? I installed xp cap remover and I'm playing BG without TOTSC, as soon as I beat the game I like to restart with a new party and enjoy TOTSC. What's Totsc come with? It's more than ToB or something like that? Does it adds new chapters or just a tower? Any new subquests in main plot line? or new areas? fine items for clerics? and I cant find TOTSC right here where I can purchase it?

It addeds a new village ulgoths beard, ice island and Durlag's tower. It increase the skill cap and addeds new skills an items and it follows on form BG1 so what you do in BG1 effect TOTSC. It also makes Sarevok harder to kill. You can kill Sarevok then play TOTSC or play it at the same time as normal BG1.
I got TOTSC by mail oder from Virgin mega store for £9.99. [ 06-10-2002, 10:27 AM: Message edited by: Metal Gear ]

Apart from what Metal Gear mentioned, it adds another island as well, but nobody really likes to go there. Yes, it does add one nice item for Clerics, or rather I should say Cleric/Thieves, which is on the annoying island. But the majority of fun, difficulty, experience, and items are to be found in Durlag's Tower. The rewards are rich.
There are a few connections with the rest of BG1, but only very few. All ToSC areas and quests are completely independent of the Main Plot. Yes, the final battle is harder, but only through cheesy new abilities for the bad guys. Doesn't matter to me, I just have to think 1 step further ahead.

ToSC endgame SPOILERS

The other 3 (Sarevok, Angelo, Tazok) are also exactly the same--same moronic AI, anyway--with one stupid, cheesy difference: When each one of them can see any of your party members, the game will fire a Web and a Stinking Cloud at the location of your party member. So that's 3 Stinking Clouds and 3 Webs you have to fight in, and Sarevok has MUCH better Saving Throws than you do. I just use cheese to get around this; If the game wants to pretend that Tazok can cast Web, fine, I can play dirty too.

When I fought the 'End' battle recently I found Semaj to be a very dangerous opponent. My party of two didn't have the fire-power to deal with him quickly, so he was able to use some serious (new) magic on us. Though we were still able to use the AI weaknesses to turn the battle in our favour.
As for Karoug and his friends on the island, my solo Fighter/Mage found this fight almost impossible, unless I resorted to using Wands (which I don't like to do). IMO this is harder than anything else in TOTSC, so you have to do it, just to prove that you can.
