I like my low AC's and I'm quite tank-lite at the moment...I'll certainly keep it under consideration though

I installed the 'Bodhi actually chases you through the maze' component which will make life terrible for me - I might delay any dropping of shields until I've done that section of the game. Think I'll need all the AC bonuses I can get!

It was fine installment, shamrock, as always! I hope your game holds out 'til the end. I am sorry it is so buggy. It sounds fairly tough, too, with all the extra battles.

I like this thread a lot. I'm currently playing BG1 Tutu with a similarly "unbalanced" three-character party (Fighter / Mage, Imoen, Indira) so I can vouch for the fun factor in such. You've obviously got some mad skillz to take on Tactics without a cleric. The other thing I'm impressed by is that you didn't run into any bugs before now, even with so many mods installed. The last time I had anything like this, I had the wrong dialogues appearing everywhere (though that was probably just because Ashes of Embers sucks). Can't wait for the next installment!

Thanks everyone The glitches are I think due to me installation-hopping with my savegames with the Saerileth mod being the main casualty unfortunately There's a crucial dialogue in the next installment that was all gibberish and I just had to guess my responses so I'll have to get to grips with this pretty quickly.

Re. the small party, as you'll have noticed from the Kelsey and Tsujatha additions I've decided to get a larger party composed mostly of modded characters so its nice and fresh for those readers who haven't yet played with any.

As for having mad skills to play without a cleric, I never really do play with them to be honest. I soloed one through the game after being inspired by Rataxes' thread and included Viconia for the romance once but I tend to just manage without and slog my way through undead the hard way!

Having Saerileth using a shield became less appealing to me later in the game, but I'll let you find out why yourself.

Bugs are actually hurting my game quite a bit at the moment, too. Not any funky dialogue or army of Brusi , but I have occasionally needed to go back to previous saves due to game ending bugs. I once wound up with two saerileths

That's fair enough. The reason I said that was just because the style of play I've developed relies a lot on clerical abilities - not just the undead blasting but spells like Defensive Harmony, Protection from Evil 10' Radius (which I'll always think of as Magic Circle Against Evil like in Icewind Dale II ), Bolt of Glory, Firestorm, etc.
