Just a quick question. When I export my character from BGII can I then import him back in and start again at whatever level I finished BGII?

If you mean continuing your character after you've finished the game by starting a new game, yes, you can. Not fun though. My kensai ripped through a whole 4 chapters including killing both Dragons without taking a scratch.
