My favorite character in fallout 2 was my unarmed guy, and I dont remember any different styles like in the hand to hand bible- it seemed like it was written for fallout tactics. I've never played tactics, so I cant say if they are in there. There are different strikes that you get access to as you gain levels and unarmed skill in fallout 2, however. There are punches and kicks, they should be outlined in the manual along with what stats, skill and level are required for them, although I dont know where I put my manual so i cant check for you(I havent played fallout 2 in a loooong time).
