*fed up of scrolling through more signature than post material* Poor wheel on mouse is dying.

I think there should be a rule that we should only include our signature in a post if the post material is longer than the signature (in number of lines).

LOL, I hardly ever use my sig. Well I do, but quite often I don't. The only time I always do is if i've created a new topic... (Purposly switches it off)

Or we can do it the same way we do it in the W&W forum. Only use your signature once per thread.

Nice one! Obviously people like you would have no problem with this rule:

Also (not exactly sure how the forum software works) but if the sigs are not inserted into every post then we save hard-disk space so in the long run Ziroc saves money

So you'd complain if I had one line and a two line sig? Most people who have large siggy's post them once within a topic, and don't for the rest of that convo. Those who don't, are being inconsiderate to everyone else who has a slower connection.

How perceptive Timber.

I just realized that Vaskez wants this rule since it will make it easier for him to spam.

Seriously though, 1 sig/thread isn´t all that bad.

Nice one dear Uncle.
The 'once per thread' rule has been proposed before, especially when some newer members went rampant with huge sigs posted multiple times in the same thread. I heard about the W&W forum like Willow mentioned, and I think the Roleplaying forum has a similar tradition.
I do forget to turn mine of sometimes after I've already posted it in a thread, so you're right to remind us.

Right and Willow likes 1 sig/thread cos it leaves more room on Ziroc's hard disk for her smartass comments

Yeah personally I'm not too worried about multiple sigs per thread as long as the sig is shorter than the actual post cos otherwise it's just stupid. I mean some of our threads go into multiple pages so no one will mind if you have your sig more than once in that thread, say once a page or something.

I'm going to buck the trend and be the first that's brave enough to post *with* their sig in this thread.

Plus, I find it easier to keep track of who's posting and who's not. *shrugs* Wouldn't object too much to it being implemented.
