According to PC Gamer magazine, we wont see it until spring next year at the earliest. It could be later than that though. Apparently, they made so many cool animation that there isn't room to fit them all in the game. (the screen shot I saw looks fant-taby-tistic)

Not a clue. The graphics were pretty good and it should be quite long so you'll probbably need a top sprc computer.
