Alright. Everyone knows the Ironworks Forum is the best there is. But, what I want to know is: Who's the greatest?

If you have any reason to think you're the one, post here and tell us why.
If you think someone else deserves the title, you can tell us as well

Another popularity contest - I love it. These things always remind me of the time when I was at school.

Altough this is more about who can shout loudest

Well, everyone should answer Ziroc, as being the greatest in this IW world, for being the creator of the place as well as all the work he puts into running the palce, keeping it online, and everything clean and clear. He is married, his mom's healthn is not the best, and yet he strives to make us a better world, bringing all of us together. Nobody else can compare.

If you say that the God of IronWorks is not a part of this contest, then Memnoch is the next obvious choice, and everyone already knows this. Coming on the board as a regular member at the end of last year, he has gained the status of Chief Moderator, and most trusted right hand man to Ziroc. He puts every moment of his free time into making sure IronWorks runs at top level of expectation, and ensures the rules are kept. He seems to be everywhere at once! His ideas are seen inthe creation of many new features the board has and will see.

If you say that the Moderators should be exempt from the poll, and only regular members should be considered, then I would say that CloudBringer the official Welcome Wagon would be the next most important person. Yes, she has an official title, but has no Moderator powers, so she can be classed with the rest o us. She has taken it upon herself to be someone of influential power to those that come in new to the board, and help it grow. Tht is very important to have, as the flow of new membership needs to match or exceed those that leasve the board for whatever reason, so that we do not fail as a cyber-community.

I agree with you. However, we do have to set limits to the notion of greatest. Are we talking about the best, the most valuable, the most articulate, the most stable, the most disarticulate, the most knowledgeable...

Each of those are greatest. As far as I'm concerned, all are the greatest in one way or another. Ziroc, Memnoch, CloudBringer and the other most respectable ones wouldn't be so great if nobody posted...

Just a though
