That has got to suck Moni. i have been using a cable modem for over a year now. i waited until they offered free instalation before I got my internet connection. I do not like dial-up connections.

Oh Moni, that is terrible.
I was tempted to try AOHell  since I got a free disk offering something about a 50 hours free trial. I was with them for about a month, then I quitted and signed up with another ISP, because there had been recent complaints regarding the connections and customer liabilities. I hope you haven't let them off so easily about this? A letter full of abuse and hate maybe? (DO NOT SEND A BOMB  )hopes it sorts out soon ------------------  Greetings Mortals. This has been going on since March of 2000.
I doubt that it will end until we switch services. Good for you guys that you don't have to deal with them!  Moni Going to take off now before I get the boot lol! I need to shower.  ------------------
