Where's the scroll of banishment in the Skull Castle? I forgot where I found it when I went through before, and it's not in the walkthrough because it's not vital. It bugs me that I accepted the vampire's quest, and now I can't complete it. I've done everything in the castle except kill Mada Mabbig and give that scroll to Adrienne, and I know where Mada Mabbig is. Of course with my luck, I'll go kill Mada and she'll drop the scroll. If that's the case, then nevermind. I'm going to go kill her anyway. I have to after listening to Sabastio talk, and talk, and talk, and talk....

That which you...have yet to do
is exactly...what must be done. The scroll is in one of the chests...in the Mada's chamber.

Naturally. For some reason I was thinking it was in the lich's study and I couldn't find it there. Oooo... and I've been promoted. Cool.

If you ever forget where to look for a quest item, check your conversations with the person, who gave you the quest, in your conversation log in your journal. Adrianna will have told you where to find it... if you spoke to her every word possible.

If you leave her for a few seconds and return, she'll ask for the scroll and the same will happen if you start the conversation with a hail. If you, right after accepting the quest, initiate conversation with any other option than hail or goodbye you should be safe. C

Adrianna will offer you:
1. Vampirism. You'd better send her somewhere with her vampirism. 2. Next, you can choose between a key, which opens (or rather, which should open) the level 12 lock in the castle, and a ring, which crashes the plain vanilla W&W when it is equipped (the patch fixes it). Otherwise, the ring does not give you any substantial advantage unless you are a vampire. Well, you can sell the ring for about 17 000 gold. In the other words, you can live contently without Adrianna's offers.

but wat does the ring offer as an advantage? for example, some amulets offer protection for poison or some other thing, i guess the vampire ring offers something like protection from coldness right?
if adrianne offers vampiresm, and wats-her-name also offers u vampiresm, wont u haf TWO vampires in ur party (this should really rock those vampire lovers....!) which i tink is QUITE a pain.......

1. Yes, both Lyssandra and Adrianna offer Vampirism. You can have two vampires in your party if you want.
2. The ring grants 100% protection from Light. IIRC, it grants some other, less important, protections as well. I am not sure right now. I've never tried the ring.

The ring grants three 100% protections... 1 of them is light, but I cannot remember the two others. It is actually not a bad artefact, I think. But I have never played the patched version of the game so I really have not tried it.
