Yeah, most keys just pop right off. In lessons when people have switched some letters around on the keyboard a ruler works perfectly, or anything you can prise in the gap between the keys.

HEHE.. the caps should come off but be careful not to crack them when prying them loose!

Finally started to get some snow here. About time. I would sooner see snow then all the brown grass.
Good luck with the key board johnny. Did you not do this not to long ago?

Erm...no. I usually don't spill anything on my desk, i drink it to the last drop, even when it's non alcoholic. But i've really outdone myself this time, it was one of those British pintglasses, completely full.

WHAT???You wasted nearly a pint of beer? :shakes head: How could you...?Most keys are designed to pry off. If you need to, you can get a special tool that's designed to grab hold of the key from underneath. Then you can lift it straight up. You'll probably need to let it sit and dry for a while afterwards, too. Typically a day or so... unless you want to sit there with a hairdryer. 'Course, new keyboards are cheap... unless this is a laptop, in which case the whole process can be very expensive.

Not a pint of beer, a pint full of coke, i guess that makes it even stickyer than beer. But it seems to be back to normal now, i guess typing a lot has loosened things up again. I still want to take a peek underneath the keys though, i'm curious what i'll find there. Probably enough tobacco to roll a cigarette.

Grab yourself a screw driver, johnny. There's nothing complicated about taking a keyboard apart. I've had to do it twice for the same reason (though not with beer ). *Edit: oops, i see now that it was coke.* Just disconnect the circuit board from the shell and chuck the whole lot in the sink. Even the rubber pad bit. Let it dry properly before you put it all together and it'll be good as new.

Oh man, my hometown FC Utrecht lost his starplayer David Di Tomasso last night, he passed away in his sleep, cause of death is not yet known. The man was only 26.

That's very young...sounds tragic and suspicious.
Hey, how come no one told me how awesome EfU was? I've been playing for like the past three hours...not doing nearly as well as I ought to be, but that's almost to be expected. Thank goodness the University hasn't blocked the port NWN uses...otherwise, I'd be incredibly angry.

That's sad, johnny, he was quite young.
Ilander, EfU is lots of fun.
