My Paladin finally can learn a single level 3 spell, but he can't use it once he knows it. It is always greyed out no matter what I do. I started him with party protection from evil, and when that didn't work, I switched him over to dispel magic. No Luck! HELP!

He would need a minimun Wisdom of 13 to cast 3rd level spells, I am guessing he only has a 12? Basically it's 10+spell level in Wisdom to be able to cast it.
